College of Education & Human Sciences Honors Faculty

Lincoln, Neb., April 1st, 2004 — The University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Education and Human Sciences will present faculty and teaching awards in a ceremony April 23 at Henzlik Hall.

Those who will be honored include:

-- Timothy Carr, associate professor of nutrition and health sciences, Donald R. and Mary Lee Swanson Award for Teaching Excellence;

-- Jody Isernhagen, associate professor of educational administration, and Christine Marvin, associate professor of special education and communication disorders, College Distinguished Teaching awards;

-- Georgia Stevens, professor of family and consumer sciences, Faculty Student Mentoring Award;

-- Ron Joekel, senior lecturer in educational administration, Julie Jones-Branch, lecturer in family and consumer sciences, and Bill Lopez, lecturer in teaching, learning and teacher education, Outstanding Lecturer awards;

-- Rochelle Dalla, associate professor of education and human sciences, Charman Outstanding Professor Award; and

-- Bea Harris and Martonia Leita, Graduate Teaching Assistant awards.
