The Management Development Certificate Program is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of managers. There are three levels: basic, advanced, and executive. To earn each certificate, participants must successfully complete eight six-hour seminars. These seminars provide training in areas critical to business today. All certificate levels feature elective seminars to allow participants to customize the program to meet their needs.
