Oct. 23 Alumni game watch in Gering canceled

Lincoln, Neb., October 15th, 2004 —
A previously announced Nebraska Alumni Association Huskers vs. K-State Wildcats game watch party in Gering Oct. 23 has been canceled because the game will not be televised nor made available on pay-per-view.
An Oct. 24 sneak preview of "Willa Cather: The Road is All," co-sponsored by the Nebraska Alumni Association and Nebraska Educational Telecommunications, will go on as scheduled at 7 p.m. at the Midwest Theater, 1707 Broadway, in Scottsbluff.
