2nd-annual Arts Entrepreneurship Day is Feb. 12

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Music and UNL's Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship will present the second-annual Arts Entrepreneurship Day Feb. 12 in the Westbrook Music Building, 11th & R streets (extended), on the UNL City Campus.
Topics will include making money from your art, marketing your art, getting financing (grants and venture capital), incorporation, protecting artists' rights, and doing the accounting. Professionals from the visual, musical and theatrical arts will give insight on what it's really like in the arts business world.
The registration cost is $10 for students. The cost for the general public is $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Lunch is included.
