It provides an opportunity for high school French, German, Japanese, Russian and Spanish students to demonstrate their acquisition of language and culture in various competitive events. The events are judged by faculty and graduate students in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures.
In addition, mini-lessons will be offered throughout the day by departmental personnel in a variety of languages, including Chinese, Czech, Japanese, Russian and Swahili.
