47 UNL students inducted into Phi Beta Kappa

Lincoln, Neb., May 8th, 2008 —

Forty-seven University of Nebraska-Lincoln students from the colleges of Arts and Sciences, Education and Human Sciences, and Journalism and Mass Communications, and the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts were initiated into membership in Phi Beta Kappa this month.

Phi Beta Kappa is the nation's oldest academic honor society, recognizing and encouraging a commitment to excellence in the liberal arts and sciences. Following is a list of the students who were inducted, including their academic major(s) and their parents' names. All are in the May 10 graduating class, unless otherwise noted
