College of Engineering honors top students

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Engineering honored its top students and several faculty members at its annual awards ceremony this spring.

Following is a list by hometown of honored students and their awards. Information includes year in school and academic major.

NEBRASKA

Bellevue: Anthony Kouba, Outstanding Senior, Department of Construction Management and Department of Electrical Engineering.

Blair: Heidi Gengenbach, biological systems engineering, O.J. Ferguson Outstanding Junior Award (selected by Tau Beta Pi, the engineering honor society).

Brunswick: Krystal Hofer, Outstanding Senior, Department of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering.

Clarkson: Grant Janousek, Outstanding Senior, Department of Agricultural Engineering.

Lincoln: Adam Eck, Outstanding Senior, Department of Computer Science and Engineering; Jean Hilger, Outstanding Senior, Department of Civil Engineering.

Omaha: Carissa Gengenbach, Outstanding Senior, Department of Chemical Engineering; Evan Luxon, senior, mechanical engineering, Al and Dorothy Schewe Engineering Leadership Award (selected by the Engineering Student Advisory Board).

Ralston: David Manley, Outstanding Master's Student, Department of Architectural Engineering.

Overland Park, Kan.: Erica Levorson, Outstanding Senior, Department of Biological Systems Engineering.

Sioux Falls, S.D.: Andrew Shroll, O.J. Ferguson Outstanding Senior Award (selected by Tau Beta Pi, the engineering honor society), and Outstanding Senior, Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Worthington, Minn.: Quentin Dudley, biological systems engineering, O.J. Ferguson Outstanding Sophomore Award (selected by Tau Beta Pi, the engineering honor society).
