Beth Butler, Robert Tualaulelei are Homecoming royalty at UNL

After a vote of the student body at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, seniors Beth Butler of Lincoln and Robert Tualaulelei of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, were crowned queen and king of 2009 Husker Homecoming festivities.
The pair were crowned at halftime of the Nebraska- Louisiana-Lafayette football game at Memorial Stadium.
Beth Butler, whose parents are Carol Butler and the late Richard Butler, is an elementary education major and a member of the UNL Spirit Squad and Chi Omega sorority. She has received the Jesse E. Keller and James H. Canfied Scholarships in addition to being in Pi Lambda Theta Professional Education Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society and Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies.
Robert Tualaulelei, whose parents are Ropati and Shaula Tualaulelei, is majoring in broadcastin and a member of the College of Journalism and Mass Communications Student Advisory Board. A member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity, he is Nebraska Alpha Chapter president. He has been involved with University Program Council and has received numerous scholarships including the Hawaii Association of Broadcasters Scholarship.
