Several BSE students were recently recognized for their outstanding achievements this year. The Spring Banquet held Thursday, April 25 recognized graduating seniors in AGEN, BSEN, and MSYM and department graduate students.
Among the awards won were the outstanding graduating undergraduate seniors in AGEN, BSEN, MSYM, and those graduating with distinction and high distinction. The Bill A. and Rita L. Stout Outstanding International Graduate Student Award, the Elenore Gakemeier Swarts Outstanding Student Award for Master’s and Doctoral students, and a new award this year, the Inspire Award, were given out as well.
Advisors also presented and recognized those who were part of the AGEN/BSEN Senior Design and MSYM Capstone classes, which are year-long projects the students complete at the end of their graduating year.
