As you know, we are fast approaching the University's fiscal year end. The monthly reports will be sent to BSE members to see what the balance is as of the end of April. Please review state funds (21* accounts).
Salary savings, startup funds, GRA Assistant funds (-30xx), F&A accounts (-40xx), distance education account (-57xx) will automatically carry forward without approvals. All other remaining balances will be returned to the department for departmental use. If you would like to carry forward the other remaining balances, please make sure you have approval from the department head and forward to us the approval email.
If you have a deficit that is greater than $100 in your state accounts, please work with Shannon or Holly to resolve the balance.
