This position will assist with front desk duties such as answering incoming calls, assisting CCFL staff, trainees, maintenance crews, delivery persons, and visitors. Will assist with the downloading, uploading, and archiving of training videos. Will assist with the creation and print production of various training materials. Will assist with the weekly schedule of 50+ faculty and staff and the daily training schedule displayed on the lobby monitor. Will assist monthly with copier counts and the collection of University mileage reports from staff. Will provide office support with various other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma plus two years of office/front desk experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Working knowledge of general office procedures and general office equipment. PC-based word processing and spreadsheet software program skills. Experience must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, detail orientation, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and to work within established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant coursework or specialized training beyond high school. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Posted Salary: $12.98/hr minimum
