The Engineering Business team reminds faculty, staff and students of the University’s travel policy regarding the purchase of flights. Some are bypassing the policy and paying for airline tickets personally and in some cases aren’t being fully or partially reimbursed.
All flights are to be purchased through Concur or Fox World Travel.
The NU travel policy must be followed for all college- or university-related travel. Going outside the system or policy can and often does result in the traveler not being compensated for the price they found on their own. The main reason all flights should be booked with Fox is due to our contracted pricing and Duty of Care responsibilities as a university. Note that Fox World Travel does offer price matching.
