Great Plains IDeA-CTR and Opportunities to Participate
We are writing to invite you to participate in an upcoming visit by leaders from the Great Plains IDeA-CTR (GP IDeA-CTR). Led by the University of Nebraska Medical Center, with funding from the National Institutes of Health's Institutional Development Award program (IDeA), the center's goal is to create an effective system and infrastructure to transform and advance clinical and translational research across Nebraska and in neighboring states.
GP IDeA-CTR leaders Matthew Rizzo, Paul Estabrooks and Howard Fox will visit Lincoln on Wednesday, January 31 to educate the campus community about the center's mission and opportunities for University of Nebraska-Lincoln faculty to engage in its activities and leverage its resources. For example, the Great Plains IDeA-CTR sponsors a number of seed grant opportunities for which UNL faculty may compete.
If your schedule permits, we hope you can join us for this session on Wednesday, January 31, which will be held in the Center for Brain, Biology and Behavior (CB3) in Memorial Stadium.
