Junior Java Developer
Computer Futures is hiring a junior Java developer. This job is based out of New York, but 100 percent remote, and the company is willing to consider candidates who live out of state.
Computer Futures is looking for fresh college graduates or 2022 seniors with degrees in computer science.
Preferred Qualifications:
• An appetite for a future in both IT and the financial space
• A bachelor's degree in computer science from a top 50 school with a strong curriculum
• Experience with Java, React, Angular (preferred experience with all 3 but are willing to look at individuals with 2/3)
• A self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-sufficient but also eager to ask questions and learn from their peers as they continue to develop in the professional world
• Positive attitude with a keen desire for growth and knowledge
Duties and Tasks:
• Joining an established IT team that works both on and offshore
• Approaching and solving tickets
• Asking for assistance when needed and committing to mastering new skills
