Do you have a background in programming? Are you interested in video game design? If you answered YES, please apply to be a student programmer on an interdisciplinary project to develop educational video games focused on data science and the environment.

We are looking to hire student programmers who can dedicate at least 10 hours per week to the project during the semester and 20-40 hours per week during the summer. You will work with an interdisciplinary team consisting of faculty and students with expertise in software development, data sciences, environmental science, biological engineering, and education.

Successful applicants will have:
• A strong interest in software development and game design, front-end design for applications.
• Experience using Unity or other game design engines.
• Prior experience or familiarity with git, github, or gitlab
• Prior experience of familiarity with database tools
