Volunteers are needed for the Hour of Code and Girl Scout events happening this Saturday, Dec. 8.

Hour of Code is will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at Nebraska Innovation Campus. This is a family friendly event geared toward Lincoln children (and parents) interested in computing and technology. If you are interested in volunteering as a mentor (assisting participants with the computers or coding problems), sign up here: https://go.unl.edu/rnfj Last year saw more than 830 participants, so be sure to sign up!

Computing for All will also be hosting a Girl Scout coding event on campus from 12-5 p.m. this Saturday. The event will be held in the Unity Room at the Gaughan Center. If you are interested in helping with this event, sign up here: https://go.unl.edu/zs8b
