Assist with Earth and Atmospheric Sciences research

Dr. Van Den Broeke (Dept. of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences) would like to hire an undergraduate or undergraduates with strong interest and ability in applied programming to assist with a large research initiative.

Terms of appointment are flexible. Additional interest in severe storms and/or radar interpretation would be beneficial, but is not required.

Duties will include programming algorithms using weather radar data in MATLAB or Python.

Terms of your appointment such as starting date, weekly hours, and pay are negotiable depending on interest and ability. A base appointment is expected to be ~$10/hour. You may work on the project during spring 2019, summer 2019, and/or the 2019-2020 academic year.
