Undergraduate Research is seeking a few more engineering judges for the UG poster session at the Spring Research Fair. The UG poster session in on Monday, April 15 from 10:30 a.m-noon.
Each evaluator will view a maximum of 6 posters at the poster session (and in most cases you’ll be assigned between 3-5). Each poster will be evaluated by two reviewers. The Office of Graduate Studies will provide judges with an evaluation matrix where judges will evaluate both content and presentation. Judges will also have a space available for written feedback.
OGS's goal is to make poster assignments by the week of April 1 and at that time judges will receive additional instructions.
OGS is specifically looking for additional judges in the following areas: Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical and Materials Engineering.
