By going through the EAP process, these personnel in these offices identified shelter-in-place locations, outlined evacuation procedures, created office maps, and compiled staff contact lists. Last year, 41 offices and units completed EAPs. The organization is on track to surpass this number by early summer.
All counties and Extension units are encouraged to complete a local plan, and EAPs (both new and revised) are accepted on a continuous basis. Three times a year, coordinated collection of EAPs will occur. Between May 1 and June 30, offices in zones 5, 7, 9, and 11 and Raising Nebraska are encouraged to complete and submit their EAPs. More information will be sent directly to these offices and units.
Completed plans can be submitted anytime throughout the year through this Qualtrics link: https://go.unl.edu/countyofficeeap
