This position focuses on successfully assisting our creative team in creating effective and thoughtful social media content for a variety of clients and industries. Under the guidance of our creative directors, our social media intern will assist in creating, posting and reporting on social media content, as well as participating in brainstorming sessions to drum up new ideas. This position will also assist in our podcasting process and will be given the opportunity to further develop their professional skills through participating in team meetings and events.
All members of KidGlov are expected to be a team player while providing work of the highest quality, tracking time spent each day and maintaining paper and electronic files for optimal efficiency. The accountability and responsibilities of this position will grow and evolve as the agency does.
Functions:
> Develop and write social media content
> Post social media content (both paid and organic)
> Pull and analyze social media reports
> Monitor social engagement and respond appropriately
> Brainstorm new social media content and channel ideas
> Assist in the podcast post-production process
> May be involved in other creative/content duties as assigned
Compensation:
> Hourly internship at $12.50 per hour
> Paid on the 1st and the 15th days of the month
> Standard payroll deductions
