> Be able to identify key audiences and provide insights, user segmentation and persona development
> Proven experience in designing data-driven strategies, targeting, tactics, and budge recommendations to achieve business objectives
> Must have worked with digital marketing performance setups, monitoring and reporting
> Know how to unearth meaningful business/brand insights and drive creative ideas
> Experience conducting competitor industry research
> Outline customer journey maps, identify challenges and suggest solutions
> Must keep up with current marketing trends and identify emerging media/marketing/tech
