PAID SUMMER 2015 NEWSPAPER INTERNSHIPS

The Palm Beach Post has three, paid 12-week summer reporting internships at our award-winning, 100,000-circulation daily newspaper in West Palm Beach, Fla.

If you’re dedicated to a career in news gathering and want a place to show what you can do, this is the internship for you. Our interns must juggle a load of daily news stories, features, web bursts, tweets and, when they really put their mind to it, the kind of in-depth weekend stories that make newspapers great.

In South Florida, you'll not only find warm weather, but open records laws that sizzle. We're known for exposing corruption, grabbing a little piece of every big national story and, of course, Florida Man.

Interns must have a proven interest in journalism and at least two years of college. It helps if you can sort a spreadsheet, shoot a photo or video or write some HTML coding. Pay is $475 a week.

Let us know what you can do. To apply, send cover letter, resume and clips to Joel Engelhardt, investigative team editor, at jengelhardt@pbpost.com by 6 p.m. on Monday Dec. 22.
