Winter/Spring 2015 Experian Product Marketing and Management Intern

Targeting is the data intelligence team at Experian Marketing Services. We help marketers understand their customers and prospects, and to define their market opportunity for new customer acquisition, retention and expansion. These services are delivered as an integrated combination of consultation, data and analytics.

We are hiring for a Winter/Spring 2015 intern in our Product Marketing Division in our Lincoln, Nebraska, location.

WHAT WE WILL GIVE YOU:
We’ll provide the opportunity to manage several projects that have “real world” ramifications. You will work with a product management and marketing team to provide critical market research, gather sales and advertiser feedback, and develop voice-of-customer narratives. You will also work with Experian’s valued online and TV partners to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will assist in creating more effective product marketing documentation and collateral for cutting edge digital products. You will be able to add skills to your resume that include digital marketing, copywriting, research, public relations, analytics, and the experience of working with the country’s top advertisers.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Required Skills
• Bachelor degree status: rising Sophomore, Junior, Senior enrolled in a college/university
• Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0
• Major in Marketing, Journalism, Business or Advertising
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to work 10-20 hours per week during standard business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00pm)
• Start date: Jan 2015 – with the ability to work for the full 12 weeks of this internship
• Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Preferred Skills:
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience in social networking and marketing
