Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service responsibilities include assisting customers with their photofinishing order and kiosk as well as custom orders. Sales of finished image lab products plus related items such as albums, frames and photo accessories. Production responsibilities include scanning & printing, film processing, video duplication/transfers and more.
Qualifications:
Must possess desire to creatively explore and meet customer needs in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Knowledge of basic photography, general computer knowledge and digital imaging experience is necessary. Must also have good math skills, be self-directed, have good listening and communication skills and enjoy working with people in a dynamic work environment. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
