Internships with the State of Montana Department of Commerce

The Montana Department of Commerce has a vibrant internship program that provides an intern with the most robust and rewarding experience in state government. Our 2015 intern class will be hired as a group, will have individual work assignments, will have group based activities, and will gain a holistic understanding of the entire Department, our mission, and our culture.

The Director will be on-boarding the 2015 Intern Class personally and the Deputy Director will be meeting with Interns weekly. There will be interactions with notable leaders from both the public and private sector to share leadership mentorship and answer questions throughout the summer, culminating in the development of an “alumni association” of sorts to keep track of each member of the Intern Class.
