Must be able to digest feedback and suggest creative solutions in design, usability and data integration and management. Includes coordinating data synchronization with external departments, keeping data organized. Serve on the communications team and provide support to other programs for communication purposes.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, data management, advertising, marketing or related field plus one year of experience in data management/programming/computer engineering or production of digital communications required; equivalent education/experience considered. Excellent organizational and communications skills necessary. Demonstrated strategic and creative problem-solving essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of CMS and HTML preferred. Familiarity with web analytics and databases desirable. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) helpful. Donor/member and customer interactions management preferred.
