The Department of Agricultural Economics is currently seeking a highly motivated student to serve as a New Media Technician starting May 16 – August. Candidates will work both independently and in a team with the HR4Ag curriculum team. Some experience with audio/video production (pre-production, recording, and editing) is a plus. Functional knowledge of computers/media equipment, including hardware/software troubleshooting is preferable (Drupal, Camtasia, Captivate). Familiarity with photography and having a creative eye for digital design is desired. Good writing skills and experience with social media is desired. Must be team-oriented, demonstrate a professional attitude, be prompt, and reliable, and in good academic standing. Pay starts at $10.25/hour for 30-35 hours per week Monday-Friday.
