NRG Media, LLC in Lincoln, NE has a full-time opening for a News Anchor. Lincoln’s News/Talk leader is looking for a great voice to anchor newscasts and join its award-winning news department.
Experience:
Prior broadcast news experience and knowledge of audio editing programs desired but applicants from other journalism platforms are welcome.
Requirements:
Professional on-air delivery is a must. Organization and multi-tasking abilities are critical in working within the news department each day. Must be able to adhere to firm deadlines and exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited
to: Gathering, originating, writing and delivering newscasts every weekday. Participate in unscripted segments during live shows, while maintaining news
integrity. Provide comprehensive coverage of news on air and on digital media
platforms.
