The Opportunity:
The Graphic Design Intern is a new position that is responsible for designing marketing materials for NUtech Ventures, both print and electronic. This is an excellent chance for a student to obtain real-world work experience, learn about client relations and develop a wide array of pieces for a portfolio.
Projects and Responsibilities:
• Create innovative designs that support the overall brand of NUtech Ventures
• Work with NUtech team to pitch project concepts and follow through with the project from start to finish
• Projects will include web design, promotional items, special event branding and more.
Qualifications:
• Professional demeanor and desire to be a vital and consistent part of the marketing team
• Proficiency in design software including In Design and other Adobe products
• Ability to work efficiently; organization and self-driven initiative are necessary
• Creative thinking and concepting skills
• Experience with social media, e-communications and web design preferred

NUtech Ventures is a nonprofit affiliate of the University of Nebraska that is committed to doing things differently. We strive to move valuable University research to the marketplace.
