We are looking for a creative and gifted student in videography that can artistically capture a wedding day and interact in a positive & fun manner with our clients. Then also handle the post shoot editing to create a "short film" that is 30-45 minutes depicting the clients' wedding day story.
The videographer would work next to us during the entire wedding day, collaborating with us creative ways to tell our clients' wedding day story. Then, once the videographer is comfortable interacting with wedding day clients, they will be expected to video document weddings on their own.
We are offering VERY competitive pay. You must be able to commit to Saturday weddings (and sometimes an occasional Friday or Sunday.) You must be able to produce a digital creative short film (30-45 minutes long) within 2 weeks of the wedding day with your own computer.
If you have your own equipment, that is great. But video equipment can be provided for you to use.
exp=We will train the videographer on capturing wedding day moments and interacting with wedding day clients. But we expect all applicants to require no training in regards to camera and computer skills & we expect applicants to have the desire to create personal and artistic images/films for our clients.
Additional:
You must be available on Saturdays all year long, but especially during the busy wedding season of spring, summer & fall.
