An enthusiastic and capable student worker is needed to help with the Nebraska High School Press Association fall convention, which attracts some 600 high school students to campus. You will design a program and registration information, help with mailings and complete other clerical duties during these dates: Aug. 24 through Oct. 15.
The hours are flexible and can be tailored to your schedule. You also will need to be available on Monday, Oct. 15 (first day of UNL’s fall break) to help at the convention from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This is a paid position. The job is estimated to entail 25 hours over the course of the seven weeks. The pay is $10 an hour.
Skills needed: proficiency with InDesign and an enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
