Account Manager - opendorse (Lincoln, NE)

Overview:
opendorse is looking for a self-motivated and organized account manager to lead multiple relationships with a wide range of our partners - from advertisers and brand sponsors, to universities and professional teams. In this role, you will report to the senior vice president – account services and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts. You will work alongside our other account managers to ensure our customers have the very best experience with opendorse possible, leading to increased activity across our platform.

The relationships you develop with our customers will be instrumental in leading to account renewals. If you’re someone who’s comfortable in chaos and change, competitive, and eager to be part of a fast-paced, hyper-growth company, this role is for you.

Primary Functions:

Account Management
> Brand Strategy – living encyclopedia on all things related to your accounts and the industry as a whole
> Content Strategy – concept recommendations for user campaigns
> Stakeholder Onboarding – when our accounts are looking to onboard their next athlete, we look to you to execute their vision with our Talent Coordinator

Campaign Management:
> Execution – from concept creation or proofreading, to entering content into our platform and seeing that opportunities are fulfilled
> Reporting – performance tracking and custom reports add value to our relationships with partners

Product Support:
> Troubleshooting – should our customers need help with any aspect of activating a campaign, you’ll make sure we find a way to get it done
> Feedback – gather user commentary on experience and feature sets

Additional Responsibilities:
Sales Support – your expertise in all aspects of our partnerships will be an invaluable benefit to our sales team as they look to bring on the next wave of partners
