Associate Videographer/Editor
Position is responsible for shooting single camera video productions, editing, and operating studio and remote television cameras. Assist in setting up, shooting, and striking of production.
Associate's degree in broadcasting or a related field. Must possess a working knowledge of a cross-section of production tools including television cameras, videotape recorders, editing systems, lighting and audio equipment. Knowledge of multiple video formats and a range of production techniques from very simple to moderately complex is essential. Demonstrated basic computer skills, editing skills, and the ability to position a camera and compose and shoot technically and aesthetically pleasing pictures are necessary.
Experience in multi-camera studio, remote, and/or single camera efp shooting and basic editing or equivalent kinds of work are preferred. Ability to make decisions under pressure; ability to work with and learn from co-workers; ability to interact with clients and the public in a diplomatic, professional, and credible way are desirable.
