Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez reappointed Professor Richard Moberly to another two-year term on OSHA's Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee. WPAC advises, consults with and makes recommendations to the secretary of labor and the assistant secretary of labor for occupational safety and health on ways to improve the fairness, efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's whistleblower protection programs.

Professor Moberly also moderated a panel on Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblowers during the ABA Section on Labor and Employment Annual Conference in Los Angeles.
He also was part of the McGrath North Speaker Series in Omaha, where he spoke on whistleblowing and ethics to 160 in house counsel and McGrath North lawyers.
