Professor Kristen Blankley and Law College Alum Donald Swanson presented a CLE on Friday, July 24, 2015, on the topic of Ethics in Representing Clients in Dispute Resolution. The program covered truthfulness in negotiation, as well as confidentiality and privilege for statements made in mediations.
