Richard Moberly’s article “Confidentiality and Whistleblowing” will appear in the North Carolina Law Review in February 2018. The article explores the conflicts that arise when corporations attempt to enforce confidentiality agreements that may impede an employee’s ability to blow the whistle in accordance with federal whistleblower anti-retaliation statutes.
