Professor Duncan has article accepted by Nebraska Law Review, will give numerous presentations

Professor Rick Duncan’s article, “Electoral Votes, the Senate, and Article V: How the Architecture of the Constitution Promotes Federalism and Government by Consensus”, will be published in May 2018 by the Nebraska Law Review.

Professor Duncan also has a busy speaking schedule this semester. He will be speaking on free speech, religious liberty and federalism at a number of law schools including Pittsburgh, Duquesne, Mizzou, BYU, Memphis, and Temple. He will also be giving two CLE presentations on constitutional law at the annual meeting of the Nebraska State Bar Association in October.

Past events have included Professor Duncan’s September 12th STIR Talk on the Masterpiece Cakeshop case, his full-length presentation on the same case on September 19th, and a First Amendment discussion with Professor Eric Berger at the City Campus Union on September 18th.
