Professor Stohs completed a teaching portfolio for the Entrepreneurship Clinic as part of the University-sponsored Peer Review of Teaching Project. It is posted to the digital commons here: http://digitalcommons.unl.edu/prtunl/92/. As part of the project, Professor Stohs explored whether students in the e-clinic developed their professional identities during the semester using quantitative and qualitative methods. The portfolio describes the methods he used and the results. Professor Stohs will use these methods in the future to continue studying this and other learning outcomes in future semesters.

In the fall semester, the E-Clinic will be participating as a pilot clinic for the Startup Advisor Toolkit component. In short, clinical faculty from Duke and BYU have created a platform for the automatic generation of LLC formation documents, along with the curricular components to effectively teach clinic students to use the platform. This platform is currently being expanded from Delaware, North Carolina and Utah to also include Nebraska, Missouri and California for testing during the next academic year. Participation in the program will provide data about various outcomes, and if all goes well, the Toolkit will be expanded for adoption by other clinics nationwide.
