Mr. Michael Barton will provide a discussion of election law and how to formulate a Constitutional response to electoral fraud. Mr. Adam Morfeld will provide commentary to include the effect of responses such as voter ID laws.
Mr. Michael Barton is a Director at ARTIS Research. Prior to this he served in President George W. Bush's Administration and on the Senate Banking Committee.
Mr. Adam Morfeld is the Executive Director of Nebraskans for Civic Reform and a 2012 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law.
