This newsletter has some great online options for webinars, a bridge conference, and classes. Additional online options from LTAP partners across the country can be found in an online database. NE LTAP also shares many timely webinars and online classes on our Facebook page.
AASHTO's TC3 is another great online learning resource with hundreds of topcs. TC3 courses can be accessed for free by local public agency employees with the promo code D5X3-B3D9-52CB-4XCX.
FHWA's Center for Local Aid Support hosts monthly innovation webinars. November will focus on Bridge Innovations. December will focus on Deterring Beavers. Dates, times, and registration information, as well as recorded archives, can be accessed on the CLAS web site.
An extension is possible. According to LeMoyne Schulz, NDOT Local Liaison Coordinator, "If a licensee has not completed the 20 PDH requirement for Class A license renewal, the licensee can request the board to grant an extension of time to make up the outstanding required hours, in accordance with state law §39-2308.02(2), and the boards regulations Title 428, Chapter 2, section 008.02C. The board is under no obligation to grant the request."
