The College of Arts and Sciences Ambassadors is a select group of committed undergraduate students who volunteer their time sharing stories with prospective students and their parents at various events throughout the year.
Ambassadors:
• provide information about major(s) and minor(s)
• show facilities where different majors within the College or Arts and Sciences are housed
• answer questions about the college application process and transitioning to college life
Sharing personal experiences at events is an essential part of the prospective student recruitment process. Within the ambassador program, there will be opportunities to network and socialize with other Arts and Sciences students, additional service projects throughout the year, and various professional development opportunities.
We are looking to recruit excited, outgoing, and goal orientated Mathematics majors to join our team starting in November. Student Ambassador applicants should have a declared major in the College of Arts and Sciences and be enrolled full time. Involvement in other student organizations, volunteering, leadership roles, research, internships and/or education abroad is a plus but not required.
Your story matters and you owe it to yourself to share it!
