October NIC-Cast: How NICs Handle Turnover

Join presenters Wendy Smith, Dana Franz, Amy Bennett, and Camilla Morone for a NIC-Cast focused on helping networked improvement communities (NICs) handle turnover. Every single MTEP NIC has experienced some type of turnover, from new members joining, previous members leaving/retiring, dealing with new administrators or staff (such as advisors/recruiters), to sometimes even adding or losing institution partners. The Research Hub has been looking at how to help NICs better plan for and handle various types of turnover. This NIC-Cast will provide resources and invite you to engage in reflection and discussion around a set of questions related to NIC culture, communication, processes, and logistics. Turnover is inevitable, so join us to help prepare your NIC to sustain and thrive through turnover.
