The MTEP STRETCH (Supporting The Retention of Early-Career Mathematics Teachers) Working Group is continuing its monthly meetings for pre-service teachers, recent graduates and their mentor teachers. With the new term in beginning in January 2026, the group invites new and returning participants to join. Each month participants conduct a Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle around their teaching practice, then during the monthly meetings share their PDSA cycles in small groups, connect with other teachers and teacher educators, and learn a bit about the monthly professional learning topic.
