The College of Engineering is partnering with the Lincoln Children's Museum and local industries to co-sponsor the 2nd annual “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day” on Saturday, Feb. 23, at Nebraska Innovation Campus.
“Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day” is a national initiative and is geared toward girls in grades 3-12. The event is free but registration is required ($3 processing fee per order).
The event will take place from 9-noon, at NIC (2021 Transformation Drive).
Participants will have the opportunity to visit their choice of several breakout sessions with engineering hands-on activities or visit numerous STEM booths featuring fun activities and giveaways, during this time.
