Manufacturing Peer Group Program expanding

The Nebraska MEP launched its first Manufacturing Peer Group last Fall and will be starting additional groups this Spring. Joining a peer group is an opportunity for company leaders to build trusted peer relationships and share best practices and experiences.
MEP Director Matt Allmand has found being part similiar groups has been helpful in his own career. “You really are leveraging a wealth of experience from other leaders. Relationships are a key to success and you are building relationships with other manufacturers.”

“Overall I have been very pleased with the cohesiveness, transparency, and level of trust created within our group,” says Jason Gehling of Fyre-Tec in Wayne, NE. “It is nice to be able to have a platform of professionals, facing similar challenges and opportunities, to bounce ideas off of and ask questions.”
