The Center for Civic Engagement is looking for students to become part of a Certified Emergency Response Team (CERT). CERT is free of cost and requires roughly seven training sessions (dates and time to be announced). This certification would allow individuals to respond to disasters before EMTs and other emergency services arrive. If you are interested in doing your part to secure your community's safety, email service-learning@unl.edu.
