RSO ROUNDUP: Four clubs have unique activities in the works

Food for Thought
The group is hosting its first fundraiser Supper in Bloom from 7 to 8 p.m. September 29 on the Nebraska Union Greenspace.

Club members will hand-paint terra cotta flowerpots and visitors can purchase the pots ($2 for 4 oz pots, $5 for 12 oz pots) and either seeds+soil ($1) or full-grown statice and/or basil seedlings ($6) while supplies last. Seedlings are only available for the 12 oz pots.


International Student Advisory Board
The first of three Community Chats is t to 8 p.m. September 29 in the OASIS Lounge inside Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center.

Community Chats is a series hosted for international students to raise their voices and share their experiences in a student-led, safe, and brave space. The information gathered in the series will be assessed and reported to institution partners and leaders to implement changes and create an action plan in conjunction with the N2025 Strategic Plan.

Block & Bridle Club
The club's annual Steak Fry is 5 to 7 p.m. October 1 at the Animal Science Complex on East Campus. Open to the public and the event includes serving a meal, yard games and socializing between attendees.


Nebraska Baseball Club
This sport club is hosting a 2-day series against the Colorado State University Baseball Sport Club, both played at Lincoln's Sherman Field.

Games are 9 a.m. October 2 and 10 a.m. October 3. Open to the public.
