Available on select Mondays each month at the Rec & Wellness Center, the Meal Kit Monday packages include ingredients and a recipe card to prepare a full meal in less than an hour and serve up to four individuals. The $15 pre-packed kits make mealtime easier for students and members of the campus community.
November 7 entrée choices

- Creamy Tuscan Chicken, Tomatoes, and Spinach | filled with fresh cherry tomatoes, and some spinach for good measure, in a rich and creamy sauce.
- Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage, Brussels Sprouts, and Sweet Potatoes | a simple-to-make, delicious chicken apple sausage recipe to add to your fall meal rotation.
- Vegan Butternut Squash Pasta | creamy, wholesome, full of comforting savoury flavors and packed full of caramelized roasted vegetables and warming spices.
November 21 entrée choices
orders must be received by 11:59 p.m. November 16
- Mexican Ground Beef Skillet | a healthy ground beef recipe that's veggie-packed, high-protein, and made with just one pan.
- Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken and Brussels Sprouts | an easy weeknight meal that is especially delicious during the fall months.
- Crispy Chickpea Tacos with Slaw | crisped and seasoned chickpeas are topped with a vibrant, crunchy slaw and creamy chipotle sauce.
Orders can be placed online. Kits will be ready for pick-up from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on the assigned Monday at the Wellness Kitchen inside the Rec and Wellness Center on East Campus.
