The class meets each Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 8:50am at City Campus Rec center and consists of small group guidance and training. Participants will self-select into groups:
First timers: New runners with the goal of completing their first 5k. Will train using the Run/walk method.
Beginning runners: who have the goal of completing a full 5k will train utilizing run/walk intervals.
Runners: Who have he goal of to improve their 5k times.
