In celebration of the UNL Confucius Institute's 10th year anniversary, a selection of Chinese films will be shown at the Mary Riepma Ross Media Arts Center, 313 N. 13th St., from October 20 to October 26. Tickets are free. More information about the films and screening times can be found at https://theross.org/event/1119/. All films are subtitled in English.
In addition, a concert of traditional Chinese folk music will be performed by the Chinese Student Orchestra of Xi'an Jiaotong University, on Monday, Oct 23, 7:30 p.m., at the Sheldom Museum of Art, 12th and R St.
